OUR DESIGNATED BROKER

Our Designated Broker, Kristen Page, is involved with every client and every transaction. She is readily available to answer questions, step in when an agent, client or service provider needs assistance, and strives to provide extra assistance to more effectively market properties and tailor searches for clients.

Kristen is a 3rd generation Houston native, and has over 20 years of experience in the Houston real estate market working alongside some of the region’s prominent real estate professionals as a Broker’s Assistant, is currently a Designated Broker for 2 offices, is the owner of KM Parker Enterprises LLC, a current Texas Notary Public, and has been licensed to sell real estate in Texas since 2010. She’s experienced and knowledgeable in the Houston-Galveston real estate industry.

From 2017 to 2021, Kristen worked closely with hundreds of local small business owners to help them promote, grow and rescale their businesses by assisting them with their short-term commercial leases through Texas Trade Days, a small-business and community market. This specialized niche has provided her an opportunity to assist over 500 clients per year, on average, with their underserved business real estate needs in which she also worked closely with government and private property owners and managers.

After the pandemic, Kristen reorganized KM Parker Enterprises LLC to provide her community-valued real estate services to a greater portion of her communities for them to have more options and opportunities available for their residential real estate needs.

During her 2-year process of reorganization, Kristen has continued her education and training through local REALTOR associations and colleagues in which she also obtained many designation courses specifically chosen to help enhance services provided to our clients, such as:

In addition to her real estate education, Kristen graduated among honors with an Associate of Arts, General Studies with a Physical and Environmental Geology and Business focus from San Jacinto College in Pasadena, Texas; completed an additional 46+ college credit hours tailored to enhance her knowledge and skills to better serve clients such as Art History, Communication, Business, Philosophy, and Psychology through the Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree program at the University of Houston - Downtown, as well as successfully completed the basic law enforcement curriculum created by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement and the TCOLE state licensing exam.

Her extensive real estate and safety related education, and personal experience with alternative living, helps enhance services and provide additional resources in order for Acre + Lot Real Estate to better equip clients to make more informed decisions; agents to more effectively market real property, facilitate transactions, and set up clients to have more successful closings; and help everyone work towards maintaining the safety and security of people and property throughout the sales process, as well as creating an inviting, competent and efficient business environment clients are comfortable with hiring and agents are proud to represent.
