Our Credentials

Farmer’s Market Vendor Applications

Our vendor application is only online at this time. You will need to complete the application and submit your payment in order to be considered for approval.

Types of Vendors Accepted:

NO COMMERCIAL FOOD OR MOBILE FOOD TRUCK VENDORS ACCEPTED

We accept creative, quality Texas farmer’s market vendors who produce from Texas-sourced goods including, but not limited to:

  • Cottage Bakers

  • Farmers

  • Ranchers

  • Canners

  • Potters & Candlemakers

  • Plant Nurseries

  • Gardeners, Growers, & Accessories

  • Natural Skincare & Cosmetics

  • Natural Clothing Boutiques (Children’s, Men’s, and Women’s)

  • Pet Food

Agriculture Education Outreach: Inquire about information only booth discounts.

Become a Farmer’s Market Vendor

Vendors interested in learning more about becoming a farmer’s market vendor can complete the online course, “Texas Farmers' Markets: Becoming a Vendor,” from TAMU AgriLife Extension.

Step 1:

Open January 1 - December 31, 2025

Step 2:

Application deadlines are the Wednesday before market day at 5 PM.

Market Day Information

This is where you find all the information you need to make market day run as smoothly as possible for you for each venue a market is held. It is very important to review this information as you prepare for your market and on the morning of the market day. Be prepared to be referred to this information regularly.
