What Makes Acre + Lot Real Estate Different
We’re Transparent
We believe in helping the real estate industry move forward as a whole to better serve our clients and our communities. We may be competitors, but we’re also colleagues. Education and innovation are what we practice everyday.
We’re Not Gatekeepers
We share our knowledge and resources with the general public and our real estate industry colleagues. We want everyone to be informed on important real estate matters. It’s this knowledge that helps everyone make better decisions.
We Value Transactions Done Right
There are many ways to sell real estate, but in Texas, there are specific ways transactions and potential transactions need to be done. Risk for everyone increases when corners are cut. We designed a system based on our state’s rules and regulations that promotes efficiency in communication, processes, and practices throughout every transaction. This helps promote confidence in competency, transparency, and stability of all our licensees while maintaining the best interest of the public.
We Have a Fair and Involved Broker
We know that every Sponsoring Broker is in charge of their real estate office and licensees working for them. However, our Sponsoring/Designated Broker is also hands-on and involved with the day-to-day office activities from training and coaching to back office bookkeeping. Our Designated Broker is our “team lead” that works alongside agents in a cooperative manner, helps them grow, fairly distributes office leads, and celebrates their success just like any other member of a team. Our Designated Broker is also paid in accordance with the same fee schedule as all other agents, while also providing more opportunities to agents to increase their production and their pay! We all work and are paid under the same conditions with the same opportunities!
